Beginner Question

Hi -- I'm totally new to this form of exercise and extremely out of shape. Completed Week 1, Days 1&2 but wasn't able to run for the entire running intervals. I walked briskly instead and tried to push the run whenever I felt like I wouldn't die. Should I be progressing to the next Day or keep repeating a Day until I can tolerate the regiment without improvising? Any help is very much appreciated!!!

Days 1-3 in weeks 1 and 2 and 3 are the same. So keep it up, build up your endurance.

And it is OK to walk or repeat day or week. You have started and it is huge step by itself.

Now the next step is keep trying until you can jog the whole program through.

Trust me, you will like this feeling of achievement!
