I like to run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I workout to weights on the other days. most weeks if I am feeling amazing, I run on the weekend too, I will repeat days or continue on. Guest Laura Posted September 25, 2014 Report Share Posted September 25, 2014 I bike 10-12 miles than I do this app when I get back so I'm thinking I might take a day or two off in between I also incorporate kick boxing in the morning at least 3 times a week ..
