C25K with Pram

I just finished day 2 and i need to do at least 2 out of the 3 weekly days pushing my son in the pram while doing it.
This will obviously slow me down at some points.
Is there anything i need to keep aware about in later stages? at the moment its not too hard but may be when closer to end.
I see people say they are repeating days, is this because they couldn't do what they were needing to do on the day? like maybe they could only run for 60 secs not 90?

Just curious to why they are repeating
