CherryCherry5
Hello! CherryCherry5 here! I'm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I just did day one, and I nearly died. Why do people enjoy running?!? Lordy! I actually cheated and had to stop for a full minute because I was afraid I might pass out. I stretched and caught my breath then started up again, but I walked through the last 2 "run intervals. So, technically, I did not reach my goal. But I just couldn't keep running, so I opted to just keep moving. My head was pounding and my throat was raw. Now, I keep coughing. I will keep doing day one until I can complete it properly before moving on to day 2. I am going to keep running, but I hate it.

torus_ot
CherryCherry5 I would also suggest to reduce your pace. Jogging with the speed of walking - this is how most people here started.... When I was started my first round I was jogging with 3.2-3.5 mph (for you Canadians it is 5.1-5.6 km/h ) Now I can walk with 3.8-4 mph. I am doing my second round of the C25K (faster then first one) and I still do not like to run. But I like the feeling of achievement!
