So I finally got a personal trainer and we will start Wednesday. Any tips on foods and supplements to stack up on to foster. Y weight and muscle gain.? I remember trying to gain weight years ago, now I wish I could lose. lol Your PT will have you gain muscle, that will help. Are you Female or Male? 105 is small. Protein shakes are great. If you go to a health store, they do have weight gainer shakes, so you can talk to someone who really knows all about it. GNC, etc.... Keep me posted on here... I plan to get another whey protein for morning and pre workout and creatine for post workout. I plan to eventually throw some bcaa capsules in my diet too.
