Hi There, Congrats on your 2nd day. Thats great. I am not a Dr., so I cannot diagnose your situtation, but one thing that it might be is lactic acide buildup, here is an article on it. http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/why-does-lactic-acid-buil/ It could be what you are experiencing. As you begin ruinning your body must adapt to this new regimen. See if this is what you are experiencing. Happy Running.

Are we supposed to take a day off in between runs? I just finished Week 1, Day 1, but do I complete Day 2 the very next day or take a day off to rest in between? I'm confused.. Any help would be appreciated.

I did my first run last night..I'm not sure if it's best to do it every other day or do the 3 days consecutively..

although looking at it right now I do think I could manage that just yet anyway...
