I am not a Dr., so I cannot diagnose your situtation, but one thing that it might be is lactic acide buildup, here is an article on it. http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/why-does-lactic-acid-buil/ It could be what you are experiencing. I just finished Week 1, Day 1, but do I complete Day 2 the very next day or take a day off to rest in between? I'm confused.. Any help would be appreciated. KellyAnn Posted September 30, 2014 Report Share Posted September 30, 2014 Hi Lisa, Welcome Here. You run 3 days a week. Then I lift weights, or do other cardio on the other days.
