Iv just had 2 major back ops and I coming to terms with I can't do body pump or high impact classes at the gym any more Iv just finishe week 2 day1 and im struggling .... NeverGiveUp Posted March 17, 2016 Report Share Posted March 17, 2016 It's hard to take a break when you feel like you're just getting into a groove but it's so important. 15 minutes of ice and ibuprofen are usually recommended for swelling.
