Hi all im a newby never run in my life befor !!!! Iv just had 2 major back ops and I coming to terms with I can't do body pump or high impact classes at the gym any more Iv just finishe week 2 day1 and im struggling .... My ankle keeps swelling up and is really painful when I start to run any advice would be greatly appreciated thank newby muzz

Even professional Ironman triathletes take rest days to recover from all the training, and after their races,  Nothing wrong with that.  Definitely don't want to over due it!
