Natcatvet Posted March 6, 2016 Report Share Posted March 6, 2016 Ok need some encouragement here, have slowly progressed thru the c25k and am now registered for my first 5km fun run on 3 April. Slightly shitting myself to say the least! I'm really slow, taking 45-50 mins to complete 5km but my goal is just to finish! Wish me luck ! djplong Posted March 13, 2016 Report Share Posted March 13, 2016 I know exactly how you felt. I registered for a 5K and 10K on consecutive days when I was just a few weeks into the program.
