Mandylee
I'm on wk1 day3 and I can hardly walk! I have no problem getting through the workout, I love it! But with these shin splints making it difficult to even walk, I'm not sure if I should have a day of rest before doing wk1 day3???

Begole2016
So sorry youre discouraged by this so soon! Consider changing shoes. The arch makes a huge difference for my shin splints. Also be mindful of the contact youre making with pavement. Another thing i do to keep my shins from catching fire is changing up my pace. They hurt less when i quicken my pace. In fact, speed walking kills my shins. Number one, try a different shoe. A good running store will help you select the right shoe. Best wishes!!
