I'm nervous as I am very overweight and wondering how in the world I will ever complete this, but I really want to achieve it Even if it takes me repeating a few days. If you push too hard, you may get shin splints and get discouraged. If you need a break, take a break. Love yourself for every ounce of effort you put in.
