silvertiara97 Posted February 14, 2016 Report Share Posted February 14, 2016 Hey guys, so I'm in week 2 of this program, my friend convinced me to do it & has been training me. I have always hated running & had a lot of trouble with it. When I committed to doing this I was really scared but I knew it would be good for me and my body.
