Hey guys, so I'm in week 2 of this program, my friend convinced me to do it & has been training me. I have always hated running & had a lot of trouble with it. When I committed to doing this I was really scared but I knew it would be good for me and my body. Almost to week 3 and I already feel much better. It's still difficult at times, but I really feel a progress.
