Starting a fitness routine again seemed hard but getting started was the most difficult part, now I feel fired up and ready for day 2. "ts time to love my body again"!! Now that my hubby and I have been eating clean, when we do want to endulge, we feel ill. I cannot stand bad carbs anymore, all that processed food, ugghh. Go for it Tammy.
