So marshall and I hit a little bump in the road over the holidays and didn't run because we were both traveling and with our families but we got right back into it and just finished week 5 day 2! This was one of the hardest days yet. I believe it was two 8 minute runs with 3 minute walks. Near the end of the second run we were barely hanging on but we finished without stopping. This has been one of the few times I thought realistically we might actually be able to finish this program. I only say that because we have tried and failed to be active a few other times with gym memberships and diets and whatnot. However, this has been different. We have both agreed we want to move on to the 10k app. I'm really proud of us! This has become a REAL habit and something we enjoy doing together. I love cheering him on and vice versa. Not to mention it truly is QUALITY time together; working on our health and having no distractions like phones or television. Hope all is well with everyone else!
