Drkone87 Posted January 22, 2016 Report Share Posted January 22, 2016 Well after a wk off for vacation and a redo of wk1d3 to make sure i didnt regress too much i was able to ger thur w2d1. I can def tell the difference. The extra 30 secs is noticeable wether it was from walking or running. I do have one question just about half way into the exercise i feel not pain but a slight discomfort in my side just below my ribs.
