Notsofitgirl814 Posted January 20, 2016 Report Share Posted January 20, 2016 Although my main goal is to be able to run more and feel better and not so out of shape, weight loss is also a goal of mine as well as losing some fat from around my stomach. djplong Posted January 20, 2016 Report Share Posted January 20, 2016 I dropped 20 pounds in a few months by cutting out or cutting down a few things and starting the C25K program. I seem to have plateaued at that level and everything I read tells me that my body has gotten used to 'the new normal' so I have to mix things up - probably cross-training on my off days. Rob129 Posted January 20, 2016 Report Share Posted January 20, 2016 I've had a similar experience - I've dropped nearly 30 lbs by tracking what I eat (MyFitnessPal).
