Guest Brandylh Posted October 19, 2014 Report Share Posted October 19, 2014 Hi all. I just downloaded the app and am a bit nervous. I have signed up to WALK a 5k in 4 weeks from now. I have been using Fitbit since May and have lost almost 60lbs since the beginning of April. I have fibromyalgia and degenerative osteoarthritis in my neck and lower back as well as bad knees since I was a teenager. I may not be able to run for a while, but I have been doing a bit of interval jogging once in a while...until my knees start bothering me again.
