Hi all. I just downloaded the app and am a bit nervous. I have signed up to WALK a 5k in 4 weeks from now. I have been using Fitbit since May and have lost almost 60lbs since the beginning of April. I have fibromyalgia and degenerative osteoarthritis in my neck and lower back as well as bad knees since I was a teenager. I may not be able to run for a while, but I have been doing a bit of interval jogging once in a while...until my knees start bothering me again. Many people have recommended this program to me so I thought I'd give it a try. Wish me luck!

You can do it. One step at a time. Stretch before and especially after every run. Yoga works for me. Try the ultimate Yogi series. The Gentle and Yin Yoga from this series is amazing. Good luck!

Just had our first child! Beginning to get ready for a full life with her. I have a 5k that I signed up for in about 12 weeks. I hope to run it in 30 min., and I think this app is going to get me there!
