I've lost some weight over the last year and need to start toning up but I'm lot a great lover of the gym (at the moment anyway). I stumbled apon this app and thought what the hell I'll give it a go, I've just finished week 1 day 2 and am absolutely loving the buzz I get from it. It's also making me more aware of my diet again.
