I don't know which app to begin with? I'd eventually like to be at the place where I can run half a marathon, but I don't know if I should start easy, or push myself right away. Also, if I were to start on like the 5k app and finish it, would I begin the 10k app right at day 1? Or how do most people do it? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
KellyAnn Posted September 16, 2014 Report Share Posted September 16, 2014 Hi There, Most people start with the 5k app first, but if you can already run a 9 minute mile, you might want to start with the 10k app, it is what I am doing. You seem like your are a little more advanced. It is totally up to you as where to begin? There is also a 13.6 app you can start with too, but I would begin with the 10k and graduate from there.
