Where to begin?

Hello!

 

I can currently run one mile without stopping in less than 9 minutes.  After that, it's a push to run more. I don't know which app to begin with? I'd eventually like to be at the place where I can run half a marathon, but I don't know if I should start easy, or push myself right away. 

 

Also, if I were to start on like the 5k app and finish it, would I begin the 10k app right at day 1? Or how do most people do it?

Hi There,

 

Most people start with the 5k app first, but if you can already run a 9 minute mile, you might want to start with the 10k app, it is what I am doing.  You seem like your are a little more advanced.   It is totally up to you as where to begin?  There is also a 13.6 app you can start with too, but I would begin with the 10k and graduate from there.    The C25k app is for total beginners!   I am so in love with these apps,  I worked out to there AB workout one too this am.  Good Luck
