I used to run 7k every day when I was younger but after many years running, we moved, had changes in our lives and I quit running. Lately, I've been wanting to start running again but wondered if it was too late in life for me to start. Some friends recommended c25k and here I am, on week 4! No other activity makes me feel better than running. I am very excited and really looking forward to completing the program and thus being able to run 5k! I live in Southern Spain, btw. Cheers! The 5k app is awesome. Im on week 2 of the 10k one and I love it. We are never too old. I run circles around 20 year olds. You live in Spain???, thats great. Super cool. I think you are my first one here form a foreign country. We lived in Holland for 5 years and tha tbegan my fitness journey. So, what are your goals?? Keep me posted on here. I love this.
