I am able to run one mile without stopping, should I start on that day or from the beginning? Also is there a spot to sync to my fitness pal before I run or do I sync it after my run? If you can already run one mile without stopping, you might want to start with the 10k app. But you can graduate quickly from the 5 k app and then move on. The 5 k app syncs after your run.
