In need of advice !

So I am getting ready to do a physical fitness test for the California department of corrections. Today is day 3 for me on training , I've been running 1 mile a day and began this app today in addition to my mile. Day one my mile was 16 min 48 sec yesterday was 14 min 47 sec and today was 15 min 7 sec.

Today I did W1 Day 1 and finished without breaks . By continuing my mile a day AND this app in addition to my routine how much will I improve in 3 weeks ? If I fail this test I won't be able to test out till Jan 2017!!! I need help with running without stoping a breathing & how can I get faster ?????
