Should I start right out with the marathon app or should I do the C25K for a week or two first? I don't care about my half marathon time, just completing it. Thank you! Rob129 Posted December 28, 2015 Report Share Posted December 28, 2015 Hi, Where are you with running? What is maximum distance you can run? I restarted running this September and have run ~10K. Given 10% bump each week in distance, that would put me 9 weeks out, baring any injuries. If I was running a half marathon in 9 weeks, I'd plan on run/walk approach and not worry about time.
