Im obese weight 339, im 5'8 and I want to loose weight and get stronger and healthier. Im constantly depress so Im a very easy quitter. If you have to repeat sessions that's ok - the most important thing is that you stay injury free & keep with the program. Getting out there and moving is the best gift you can give yourself. 6 months from now, when you remember where you started you will be amazed.
