Greetings.

 

Im a new member here, a noob too. I have never tried this app before and was recommended by my nutritionist. Im obese weight 339, im 5'8 and I want to loose weight and get stronger and healthier. Im constantly depress so Im a very easy quitter. I just saw the w1d1 workout and I dont think I can jog for 60 seconds I dont think i can 10 seconds

Hi, don't worry about running for a the full 60 seconds; just moving is super. If you have to repeat sessions that's ok - the most important thing is that you stay injury free & keep with the program.

 

Getting out there and moving is the best gift you can give yourself. 6 months from now, when you remember where you started you will be amazed.
