AlexH Posted December 14, 2015 Report Share Posted December 14, 2015 Hello guys, I started the C25K program about two weeks ago and I'm wondering if there are drawbacks to finishing the program faster than the given schedule. I've been running six days and resting one. Today will the week 4 day 3 workout for me. I'm also coupling C25K with the Focus T25 workout videos and doing those five days a week. If you feel great, dont worry, but I will tell you, from someone , who taught 10-15 hours of fitness classes and running in races on Saturdays, you might hit burnout or face injury. Just really listen To your body and REST when it tells you to. Your body needs a chance to recover between workouts. I llove 3-4 days of cardio and strength training the other days.
