I'm pretty pretty out of shape unfortunately, so I'm hopeful this will help me get back in shape and feel better overall. I'm 29, and I want to start doing all these fantastic 5k runs I see. Get some great shoes, and let the app coach you, that's what I love the most. The coaching. Don't think I'd do it otherwise. We are here to cheer you on. So lets do this together.
