I have ran 5k this morning. I am on week 7 day 2 ahead time for me. But i took 40 mins instead of 30 mins as required. I plan to kickstart 10k next week.

 

Drink alot of water before you run. Do lotsa stretching especially those for hips.It really makes a different.
