Help please!

Hi my name is Rose. I am 26 and over weight by about 60 lbs. help me lose weight by keeping me on track! I usually need some poking and prodding. The gym has never worked for me as no one pushes me their.

 

I also need help working my thighs instead of my calves as they are huge as is. Any advice?

hi rose i am not sure what you can do about thighs. But we all help each other out with motivation. I am going to say good for you for trying to get fit next please run every other day or m w f on off days google simple strength training excersizes that u can do at home this will help prevent injuries. If you really want to lose pounds you will. I hope you are making a life style change and are changing up your eating habits as. well. I am also warning you running becomes an adiction. have fun read through the forums lots of tips and advice and succsess stories on them. Welcome and enjoy your day

Unfortuanly, it's a falacy that you can target body fat in specific areas. Body fat goes on and comes off in a specific way based on your genetics. You can lose body fat and it will come off from wherever it does but it's not targetable even though infomercials selling programs would like you to think you can. The best thing you can do is eat a good diet, do some sort of strengh training and achieve your gosals. The bodyfat will come off in the reverse order it went on and you'll be a happy runner.  It's a total win! Welcome to you journey!

 

Note: The last spots body fat comes off of are hips and butt on women and belly on men.
