55 years old and 55 lbs overweight!

Go slow go to a running store and get fitted for good running shoes get good sox also. Read the other posts lots of tips and good advice. Strength train on non running days google foot excersizes and see what works for you. There is no such thing as being to out of shape.Most of us run slower than we walk when we first start out some of us repeat work out days. or shorten run times. and re do till we get to the right time.
