Morihay Posted November 3, 2015 Report Share Posted November 3, 2015 Last week I made it through the 20 minute the second try actually pretty easy this week has been hard w6d1 was just ok not great today I had to walk way way longer to get through the second 10 minutes should I repeat? THis is probly my preference, but is it in a training aspect not creating the desired effect also as the days get tougher I went to every other day I had been able to do consecutive days often and take my rest days when I wanted so does it sound like I should repeat a week? Do not be hard on yourself and definitely repeat days if you need too. I have even repeated weeks. You get stronger and stronger every time. Good luck to you. You are doing great!
