At the start of the year I used this app to train for a Spring 10K and I loved it, and did great on race day. Over the summer I had a couple procedures on my legs to remove varicose veins caused by my active lifestyle. So, unfortunately I had to take time off from running. However, now I am fully recovered and ready to prepare myself for a couple more Spring 2016 races- a 15K in March and a 1/2 marathon in April. Just finished Week 1,Day 1 and I feel great.
