Advice on half marathon app

Hi all I've just completed the 10k app and downloaded the 13.1 app but am not sure where I should start. The first week etc seems a regression although it means training more frequently, so I see that it would build stamina slowly. Still I'm unsure and would be grateful for any advice. For info, I'm 48 and have been doing 10k in about 1hr 5-10mins. Thanks, Rob
