RobH Posted October 23, 2015 Report Share Posted October 23, 2015 Hi all I've just completed the 10k app and downloaded the 13.1 app but am not sure where I should start. The first week etc seems a regression although it means training more frequently, so I see that it would build stamina slowly. Still I'm unsure and would be grateful for any advice.
