Dordocclem
Hi all! At the beach for a week and decided to start C5K. Several of my adult children have joined me. I don't have a race in site only the ability to run. I needed a jump start and this is a great beginning. I am 56. At least 56lbs over wt but would be happy w/ 20 less. Has been a battle all my life and when I have run in the past my wt has been less. So my motto: never quit.

Dordocclem
Just finished wk 1 day 3. Question: Why do we not do anything for day 4,5,6,7?
Natcatvet
I believe it's designed as 3 sessions a week which allows a rest and recovery day for your running muscles. Many people cross train on the alternate days eg cycle, swim, walk
