I have a fitness trainer helping me with weight loss but would really like to try running. I have no idea were to start though. Any tips on gettin started for a very unfit person? You said you are working with a trainer?? Thats great. Make sure you check with the trainer first. If you are a beginner there is an app called C25k. (Couch to 5k). Especially made for anyone beginning to run. It coaches you at intervals. Run/walk. Its an absolute great app. I am on the 10k app. We are all here for you on your journey. Keep me posted.
