lov3bunny Posted September 29, 2015 Report Share Posted September 29, 2015 I'm due to start week 5 but I don't really feel like I'd be able to- this is definitely a bit of a mental block 'cause I realise that the times aren't massively increased from week 4 day 3. I've repeated Week 4 day 3 a couple of times. should I continue repeating until I feel confident? Or shall I just push myself and go for it?
