Nick777 Posted September 28, 2015 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 Hi all! I struggled in the last 5 min interval of week 4 day 3 and could not finish the interval. Should I attempt week 5 today or stay at week 4? I have signed up for a 5k with friends to keep me motivated and I really want to stay on schedule but I don't want to fail in the process. Advice? iamnataliemarie Posted October 9, 2015 Report Share Posted October 9, 2015 I totally agree, I just finished week 4 day 2 and tomorrow will be day 3 so I have the weekend to rest and heal before week 5. Week 4 seems like a huge jump from week 3 so I don't blame you for repeating it at all. If I weren't so hard headed I would repeat it as well. I haven't even looked at what week 5 entails for fear of getting discouraged. I'm just gonna get out there on Monday, not even look at the program and hit start lol I think our minds get the best of us sometimes.
