Hi! New member here! I had a baby in April, and have finally decided it's time to start working out again. I started walking/jogging last week, and I want to build my stamina, so I can run for longer periods of time. My only concern is that I'm currently breastfeeding, and I'm worried about my supply dropping. Any nursing moms out there? Has your supply dropped since you started running?
