NrthAZGrl84 Posted August 31, 2015 Report Share Posted August 31, 2015 Just started the program to get myself ready for running in Navy bootcamp. So glad to see all of the success everyone is having. I'm on day 1 of week two and I've been running 6 days a week instead of 3. Just repeating each day. So nice to have a chat board where we can motivate each other and ask questions Last night I researched proper form for running...I was landing on heels which is a big no no so my run today took me getting used to landing mid food and shortening my strides.
