RCIstl
Hello everyone! I used to run 2 miles every morning. Then I got pregnant with baby #3. As it turns out, having a baby in your late 30s is MUCH different than your early 20s! Plus I had additional medical issues going into it, such as thyroid disease, chronic anemia, and a heart condition. The baby is 6 months old now and I've been wanting to get back to my daily runs and even train for some 5ks. I'm hoping this C25K app and forum can help keep me motivated. It's very hard for me to take it easy and not push myself too hard.
Clairey-Lou39
I started running after baby number 2, I need to be able to keep up with my boys! This app has been brilliant for me as I'm not too good at taking it slowly either!
