Back on the wagon

I'm new to the app and am trying to get back on the wagon. I did a lot of running for awhile, but ran to far and too frequently, and ended up with a couple of injuries.

 

I registered for a 5K that takes place on 9/12 and want to be able to finish it without walking. Is there a way to adjust the app's training timeline from 8 weeks to 4 weeks?
