Tehb Posted August 10, 2015 Report Share Posted August 10, 2015 i just started today but started on week 6 since I've been running for a little bit and did fine with it. I was looking at what the next workouts are and realized that my current 12 minute mile isn't going to be fast enough to complete the program. Should I just focus on running for 30 minutes and then work on my speed or should I go back a few weeks and start over running at a faster speed? So see if you can run the full thirty minutes first and then work out your speed. That way you can focus entirely on one at a time.
