Felt great, I wasn't wheezing or gasping for breath like I thought I would be, ran every single time for the entire minute! So proud of myself =^^= One of my friends has said running at night helps him because he feels like he's being chased, which keeps him running. Brilliant. Every other time I've ran, it's always been at night time (I get off work at 3am so daytime running is out of the question), and using that train of thought this time helped me keep going lol.
