I discovered C25K last week so I started it on Monday. I completed week 1 day 2 today but have had nighly lower back pain for the last couple of hours - any ideas?? I cannot diagnose your lower back pain for you, but if I am too stiff when i run, i get pain in my lower back too. I have to make sure I really stretch my back and my legs and that helps.
