I bought the Zen Lab challenge package and was wondering should I do the sit-ups, pull-up, squats, and push-ups on another day or same day as running? I just don't want to over work myself. KellyAnn Posted August 6, 2015 Report Share Posted August 6, 2015 Nice Savanna. I just did those on my non running day, oh my, i am sooooo sore. Great apps. I did them all. I do need to be in better shape myself and to get more motivated. lol I run/walk every other day. Lift weights the other days. Love it! Always shocking the body.. How are you doing Zima?
