Welcome :) congrats on your purchase!

Its really up to you but I found it works best to run every other day and to do the strength training (push ups squats etc) on the days off. So for example run Monday Wednesday and Friday and do the other work outs Tuesday Thursday and Saturday.

Why Thank you very much.     I have been teaching exercise for years.  I do need to be in better shape myself and to get more motivated.   lol


I run/walk every other day.  Lift weights the other days.  Love it!  Always shocking the body..


How are you doing Zima?
