Savannahgiss
Hello! I bought the Zen Lab challenge package and was wondering should I do the sit-ups, pull-up, squats, and push-ups on another day or same day as running? I just don't want to over work myself. Guest TrishE
Welcome congrats on your purchase! Its really up to you but I found it works best to run every other day and to do the strength training (push ups squats etc) on the days off. So for example run Monday Wednesday and Friday and do the other work outs Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. Hope this helps

KellyAnn
Nice Savanna. I just did those on my non running day, oh my, i am sooooo sore. Great apps. I did them all. Pullups and pushups were the hardest for me. Need upper body strength for sure. Good Luck to you.
Zima
KellyAnn, for you as an expert you have to run day and be off other day or after a while I can run everyday?
