W4D2 And still going!

I am done with W4D2. My husband and I are running it together and we decided (for the sake of routine) that we would run everyday instead of 3 days per week.

 

We were both in pretty good shape but neither of us did a lot of physical activity so this has been a challenge. The first week of running every day was HORRIBLE! I thought my legs were going to fall off every second of everyday!!! BUT! We ran through the pain and now we are really going! I'm still sore but In a "my body is changing and not dying" kind of way. The runs are getting easier and I'm calling myself a "runner" WOOHOO!!!
