pwr822@sbcglobal.net
I have no problem with long-distance cycling, ellipticals, swimming, walking, etc. But the two fitness things I have always hated more than anything have been running and weight training. I don't know why, it has always been that way. Maybe I should just punt and be happy I can enjoy the exercises I do like and be done with it, but I know that your body responds better when you mix things up so I keep going back to try and run and weight train. So here is my latest attempt at running. I hope this app can get be over the hump and I can finally find out what all my friends tell me it the best thing since sliced bread. bjmack
I'm in the same boat. I've never liked running. The only reason I have ever done so in the past was because it was required to pass a class. I'm going to give this a try. We shall see. Good luck on your adventure pwr
