Weight loss time?

Hi There Marie and Welcome to you and your boyfriend...

 

Everyones bodies are different and we all lose weight at a different pace. You should start seeing results within the first 2 weeks of working out. Remember now, that changing your diet will also change how fast you lose weight tooo.

 

If you workout and then have chips, pizza, beer, etc.. you will void your workout. Make healthy food choices, workout and you will have great results. Save that pizza for a special occasion.
