KellyAnn Posted August 3, 2015 Report Share Posted August 3, 2015 Hi there LadyLibra, You start week 2 on Week 2, If you are doing sooo good, then repeat a few days on Week 1 to 4-5 days if you want to. Or, Do other workouts until Week 2.. I try to keep my weeks on the week I am at.. You can shake it up doing so many other workouts, strength training, etc.... ecruz.tx Posted August 3, 2015 Report Share Posted August 3, 2015 Hey everybody! I'm Emily and I am new to running. I'm on a weight loss journey from 255 to 130 and so far I'm at 212! I'm so used to being on my feet all day (stairs too!) but running takes much more effort and I'm nervous/excited to get started! My running goal is to be able to complete a Glow Run in November. You have a goal ahead of you , so go for that goal. If it helps for you to write it on paper amd post it to the fridge, then do it!!
